Script for installing/testing ATS2 under MSYS2

Hello all,

I came up with a script to install ATS2 on MSYS2 under Windows 10 (will probably also work on Windows 7):

To run it:

1. install MSYS2 following their documentation
2. copy the script to a directory on your system (e.g. ~/tst)
3. finally, run the script; probably will have to make it executable first:

chmod +x msys2-build-ats2.sh

If you have any issues installing, feel free to ask.

Could you add an corresponding entry into the following file and then generate

a pull request:

https://github.com/ats-lang/ats-lang.github.io/blob/master/SCRIPT/README.md

In this way, it should be easier for people to find it.
