After installing and configuring i get the following message when i try to register a phone.

015-02-02 07:42:50.493291 [WARNING] sofia_reg.c:2827 Can't find user [24578...@23.92.220.70] from 41.174.141.240
You must define a domain called '
23.92.220.70' in your directory and add a user with the id="2457848300" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it'
s authentication credentials.

I tried to change IP address on the panel >> Switch>>Sip Profiles. I changed rtp IP  address and Sip Ip to 23.92.220.70 and reloaded sofia.
I can see the reload on CLI I even changed the ip address in the profile xml file but nothing happens. when i check the extensions folders freeswitch i dont see 2457848300 which was created via astpp rather i see the example 1000  series that are done automatically by freeswitch. It looks like astpp is not writing to the config files.

Please help and i like the interface it looks great.

ASTPP is not writing any xml files in folder. It is using mod_xml_curl module to read information from database.

Here in your case It seems sip profile is not loaded in FS. Please send sofia status output.

You doesn't have astpp default sip profile loaded.

Please do below steps,
1. Set $${local_ip_v4} value in sip-ip field in default sip profile
2. reload mod_xml_curl
3. reload mod_sofia

Then try to register device. It should work.

Hi,

It seems you doesn't have xml_curl module configured correctly.  Please follow below steps,

cd trunk/freeswitch/conf (cd to main source of astpp)
cp autoload_configs/xml_curl.conf.xml /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/autoload_configs/
cp autoload_configs/xml_cdr.conf.xml /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/autoload_configs/

Once done, reload mod_xml_curl, mod_xml_cdr and then check sofia status. It should display default sip profile.

Best Regards

Hi Michael

What does your apache / web server log say?

This is probably a case of debugging the CGI side of things

Does the script run cleanly from the CLI or does it complain of missing modules?

Hi Michael/Gilbert,

Seems problem with missing dependencies/packages probably, what you can do is try to reload mod_xml_curl and mo_xml_cdr in fs_cli and check what error it throws in Apache logs.

fs_cli > reload mod_xml_curl
fs_cli > reload mod_xml_cdr
tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

Thanks,
