Hello Group,
we are experiencing dropped calls at 20 minutes. We are wondering if there is some maximum call timer setting in ASTPP. Is there such a setting and if so where is it?

You can increse 'Call Max Length' In Settings(Configurations/settings/Global).
Default it's set 1440000 in millisecond approx 24 Minutes.

Configurations/settings/Global. I do not see settings under Configuration. What am I doing wrong?

May I ask how you solved it? When I look in Configuration i do not see a 'settings' option or a way to access Max Call Length.

If i try /settings or /systems/settings (I am guessing what it might be) it takes me back to Dashboard.
