Sip 401 unauthorized error

Hello,
I have configured ASTPP correctly but all of sudden i am getting an error 401 unauthorized. It happened when i have added 2 lines in astpp dial plan option in Gateway.
I am getting it all why i am getting sip 401 error when i can use the same sip credentials on soft-phone directly without any issue. I have attached the complete log including sip error.

That's strange behavior. You should try gateway's different parameters and see if that can resolve it.
Maybe you can try http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/NDLB#NDLB-force-rport

I am also surprised to see this behavior and tried another gateway but the issue remains the same.

No, i keep that field empty.
i just put username, password and proxy. ASTPP was working fine few days back but when i added 2 lines to generate ring-back tone under dialplan which worked fine for few days then all of a sudden started getting this error.
