1. The Zoom meeting link will be sent in response to the RSVP e-mail to the in link in the “Reservations” section of the notice below so any previous RSVPs as well as new ones for the meeting should use the link below.
2. Please remember with the Google Group shutting down in November, all notices and communications will be sent through the Traffic Wave system after this meeting and you have to opt in in response to the e-mail you should have already received. The asmegttc.org web site will be migrating to an ASME page in the next 12 months as well and it is not as easy to find (see link at bottom of notice). If you have not received that yet, please let me know at the e-mail below, but if you have, great and I appreciate your tolerance of duplicate meeting notices for this meeting only.
------
Now on with the fun stuff
We have an outstanding meeting planned for 26October that will be on line and we have changes to the RSVP system and viewing. The attached meeting notice will be updated and resent when we have all that information.
Do not RSVP to this e-mail as it will not accept responses, RSVP by the methods in the attached e-mail/below – THEY ARE DIFFERENT!
Meeting Notices – Important!: We are going to a new e-mail system for your data protection and the old Google group will cease after this meeting cycle. You will receive a couple of duplicate e-mails from Traffic Wave and Google just to cover this meeting, but you must “opt in” to the new systems to receive any meeting notice e-mails from us. We will work to keep the web site up to date as well.
Traffic Wave sign-up (please feel free to forward as much as you like): https://lcp.trwv.net/lcp/asmestats/asmegttc
We are also going to virtual meetings and the Zoom link will be provided through the RSVP system only for added security. We are stealing some practices from the ASME South Texas Section including virtual networking rooms so please join us at 6:00 for that experience – hopefully a good one... Lots in tutorials on YouTube.

Ahmad,
Sorry you could not make the meeting, we had 74 on the call and the December meeting looks to be equally as well attended or bigger. I hope you can make it.
The presentation is on the asmegttc.org website under the meeting line, but we did not do a recording and probably will not be doing one for meetings.
I hope you are doing well and if you hear of anything for a ME, I am interested since I left S&B back in May.
Thanks and happy holidays.
Cheers,
Richard
