Hi Guys,

First of all thank you Ken for all your time of developing & supporting this. Love this software.
We are a production team in KL, Malaysia and trying to make sense of this software to achieve a live stream solution for musicians where they can actually stream high quality & low latency audio.

Questions about video streaming.

1. Blackmagic Capture card not showing up - solved by installing Black Syphon as recommended.

2. For port forwarding, in order for both send & receiver to send & receive video , does it work like audio where the sender must have their port forwarded ?

3. Screenshot as attached : I've managed to connect to p2p on the other end but was unable to patch the signal into my AM-Syphon

4. I was also not able to connect my P2P to OBS via syphon. What could be the factor here ?

5. The idea is for three location to stream to one single OBS platform and mixing it in OBS.

Oh also note that ;

when making a video connection within the same group, somehow the public ip of the other user does not show up but instead it shows their private v4 instead, I had to manually key in the public IP to connect to the client.

Cheers,

Thanks ken

yes, open ports 5564-5574.
*re: below - Sometimes the public IP doesn’t fill in artsmesh. something to do with home routers.
If that happens, jacktrip or ffmpeg will not connect using local, so you have to ‘connect to IP’ as work around.
We're trying to figure that out. let you know.

So yeah, that’s the received ffmpeg signal. that’s not syphonized.
if you double click on it, it opens in a pop up panel, which resizes or opens full screen.
then you can share screen/window in OBS.
video is work in progress. glad you got it working.
