I haven’t ridden this way in about a month. Today the traffic light did not change for me. It only changed when I car pulled alongside me in the left lane. If not, I guess I would still be there waiting☹. The traffic engineers must have tampered with it because it was working just fine the last time I stopped at that intersection.
I know I can go out of my way and take the sidewalk.
When this has happened in the past, the person that responds is totally clueless. The person didn’t seem to get that I was on a bike. Very frustrating.

Yes. I recall going back and forth with someone. Who kept telling me that I needed to push the call button. If a person is complaining about a biking issue with the traffic signals, maybe send an engineer on a bike.
