Ark Alliance email contact for testing local ARK generation and resolution

I've sent a few emails (regarding developing and testing a local ARK generation/resolution service for Omeka S) to in...@arks.org over the last few weeks but have not heard back. Is there another email address I should be using?

I am not quite sure that I understand your question.

I am not Omeka S.

I do need help with my NAAN though. 

I don't know how to set it up so that it works. I keep getting this message after I type https://n2t.net/ark:/49940

Sorry I'm not able to help you troubleshoot, I'm not a member of the ARK team/alliance. 

Just an outside developer trying to get a response to some tech & workflow questions and looking for the proper channel, as I've had no luck with in...@arks.org
