Hi
The error message Conversion from string "12/31/3000" to type 'Date' is not valid happens because ArcSWAT is hard-coded to expect dates in the English (United States) format (MM/DD/YYYY).

You need to temporarily change your computer's date format to match what ArcSWAT expects.

  1. Close ArcMap/ArcSWAT completely.

  2. Open the Control Panel on your computer.

  3. Go to Clock and Region (or just "Region").

  4. In the "Format" tab, change the Format dropdown to English (United States).

    • Check the "Short date" preview: It must look like M/d/yyyy (e.g., 6/20/2024).

  5. Click Apply and OK.

  6. Restart ArcMap, open your project, and try to "Write SWAT Database Tables" again.

Also, check the ‘ciorng’ table in the master database.  The year limit is set == 2200 and can be changed to 3000.

You don't often get email from kirudy...@gmail.com. Learn why this is important
