Arcgis desktop 10.8.x is required before you can complete the setup

When I tried to install ArcSWAT I get the message

"arcgis desktop 10.8.x is required before you can complete the setup"

How could I solve this. I downloaded

ArcSWAT 2012.10_8.26

bro you need ArcGIS 10.8.2 version to solve this.
