Hi everyone,

I’m encountering this problem.

Anytime I open the watershed delineator window and upload my DEM, ArcMap crashes and closes.

I tried launching the app and project again, and I got this error message.

“Spatial Reference: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

Any assistance would be appreciated

Thanks

Nick

Actually your system doesn't support the ArcGIS version and tries to install another version and use this

Hi Nick,
I had the same problem and I don't know why. But I solved it after doing a few things. You can try it too. 1. When choosing dem, instead of choosing projected dem from disk, I loaded it to map and projected it again and then made the selection. 2. I didn't use the unit setting section under the dem loading location. Because I know this is not mandatory. 3. Make geoprocessimg->envşronments->parallel processing 0. I solved my problem by trying these. I hope you can solve it too.

Hi, Nich. I solved it by constructing a personal geodatabase and storying the DEM in it. So, you can load the DEM from the geodatabase. In my case, that happened because the DEM was so heavy  to be loaded for the SWAT. If you didn't solve this problem yet, you can try it. I hope you it can help you.
