Dear Thiru,

I think in ArcSWAT runoff and percolation are based on the LU file and the soil file. Hence by rationally changing these two, you may be able to change runoff and percolation. I think you mean infiltration as percolation. What do you mean by return flow?. Usually, it is the flow returned by a water user such as Irrigation, Hydropower, Environmental, etc. I am not sure you could represent it in ArcSWAT as it is a spatial tool. To tackle the return flow issue you could use the WEAP model or MIKE BASIN, model. Both of these are licensed software. You may check HEC-WAT or HEC RES SIM if you need freeware. However experts use ArcSWAT and WEAP concurrently to resolve such issues.

Hello,
As an initial step try to adjust your ET: use different PET calculation methods and adjust relevant parameters,
Best,
Natalja
