The Farallon team is considering the possibility of hosting an Arches developer meeting in San Francisco some time next year. This would be a small conference of maybe 15 to 20 developers who would like to learn how other developers are using Arches and are interested in discussing the state and future of the project. We do not yet have a formal agenda, but the meeting would last about 3 days consisting of presentations on current projects, break out sessions to discuss topics such as performance and deployment, and maybe some time hacking on new features.

Before we commit to planning we would like to know if you would be interested in participating, and if so, whether there are any periods of the year during which you could not attend.

We look forward to hearing from you,

Thanks,

Cyrus

I would come out for it, especially in the summer.

We're interested. Thanks for considering this.

Schedule-wise, late January and mid-July would be hard for us. Other times TBD; we'll try to work with whatever you come up with.

I'm interested, but may need sponsorship, as it would not be as relevant for my current employer.

Thanks everyone for your responses. It looks like we have enough interest to go ahead and proceed with planning. We will reach out to you soon with some possible dates. In the meantime we would love to hear any ideas you might have for the meeting and what topics you think we should cover.

Thanks,

Cyrus
