Good morning I am attempting to create container with the OpenAirInterface using

1.     gNB

·        Container Image: arawirelesshub/openairinterface5g:oai_gnb

·        CPU: 8

·        Memory: 8192

2.     nrUE

·        Container Image: arawirelesshub/openairinterface5g:oai_nrue

·        CPU: 8

·        Memory: 8192

But whenever I create a container I get an error state, the FAQ suggests deleting and trying again. Is there some other policies that I am missing?, or are these images no longer valid?

Hi Everyone, 

The issue raised above is highly likely be resolved by restarting/recreating the OpenAirInterface container a few times (may be 5-6 times). Even if the issue exists after several attempts of restart, please feel free to email us with the information of the leases you created and the experiment you're running.

I wonder where can I find the Dockerfile used to generate arawirelesshub/openairinterface5g images?

I checked GitLab but could only find the source code for base Ubuntu 22.04 image, not the OAI image.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Currently we host our containers in DockerHub. We didn’t use Dockerfile as such to generate container images. We work with containers and commit the modifications as an image and, then push to the  ARA DockerHub repository. Please have a check in our repo for more information on individual container images. You can check through different tags to find OAI images for gNB, UE, and the core network.
