Alex,
This is a very old issue with APRS.
The only effective solution is for YOU to use the exact call sign and SSID yourself. If you can set up a radio or app to send out a position every x minutes. They will have to try to figure out what the problem is. Use a fixed position in the mountains or any ridiculous place.
