Windows has updated to 106. Will Android be updating to 106 as well?

Version 106 was submitted to the Google playstore on June 10th, for whatever reason Google is taking their sweet old time approving the uploaded version.

Is there a changelog somewhere allowing users to see what improvements have been made and what new features introduced?
