Help setting up WXB section

Dear Devs,

I have followed the instructions to file a flight plan on the WXB section. I created an account on 1800wxbrief.com and activating Avare EFB on the Service Provider Authorization tab. After doing this, I went to the app on my tablet and tried creating a flight plan, but I get an error message: "[User Name does not exist.]"

Any idea what is causing this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Is the email in Avare account you use same as the account online on wxb?

I would assume so. Is there anyway I can verify in Avare that it is correctly set?

That's where things get weird. Right now it says: "you must create an account with http://www.1800wxbrief.com using email BBC News Synchronization Service"

Is this a glitch or maybe something wrong with my tablet?

You used 'BBC New Sync Service' account when registering Avare. Register with email you used online at WXB. Reinstall Avare if u dont find that.

Awesome! I re-installed Avare and selected the correct the e-mail account. I am able to file flight plans now.

There is still one issue left. I get an error message when I try to get a flight log. It says: ["Winds unavailable. Request no winds NAVLOG."]

Any ideas what is causing this? This is the third time I have gotten this message.
