I am having a terrible time updating my Stratux.  I tried to update it and now it doesn't work at all.  I can connect via the wifi, but can't access the settings, etc...  All I get is a red and green light.

I can't find anything so far from Crew Dog, or Stratux that helps.  Everything I've tried from those websites doesn't work.  My unit is several years old.  Is my Stratux to old to use anymore.

If anyone can help, email azch...@comcast.net.  Thanks

Not sure.  And not sure how to check...  Should I try to update the Raspberry Pi first?  Or, do I need a newer unit?

I would try reformating the sd card and reloading the program back on it. Sometimes the card fills up or corrupts and stops working.

The model number should be printed on the circuit board near the double row of pins.

see this website as a place to start - https://chipwired.com/identify-raspberry-pi-board/

Tried that.  Didn't work.  Funny thing is the chip is an 8GB, but only showed 512MB???

I don't know much about Raspberry Pi's.  Is the Pi OS flashed on the same chip, or to memory on the board?
