Subscribed but can't get into app

I have subscribed to Avare.  I have down loaded the the East Central VFR Sectional.  Pay Pal has taken my 1st month's subscription of $4.99. When I try to get another VFR Sectional downloaded the app asks me to subscribe or cancel.  Since I have already subscribed I hit the Subscribe button and it takes me to Sign in/Register  ` Subscribe ` Close.  I hit Sign in and I've tried both of the next selections SIGN up and SIGN IN.  When I sign up it goes to the next screen that has me put my email, name and password it.  That leads to the next screen...Welcome back.  I put my password in and it says "incorrect password".  HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?  I CAN'T LOGIN.  I CAN'T GET the other SCETIONALS that I need.

I've had used app for years and recently it updated.  I updated my app after flying yesterday and it would not close out.  So, I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it.  IT WON'T WORK!

This is my main VFR reference when I fly VFR and it DOESN'T work anymore!!  What am I doing wrong?  How can I make it work and if it doesn't work, how do I get my subscription back?

Hi Randy

You should subscribe from within the app. 

To subscribe from the app, you need to first download the second chart from the same category and it will then show you a dialog to subscribe.

On the Subscription screen, you need to first Sign Up. After you have signed up with a password, you will see your email under the title "Subscription". You can then proceed to subscribe by pressing the Subscribe button.

If you have forgotten your password or entered a wrong password, I can help you reset it.

What email address did you use to subscribe and I can check for you if you are in the system?

I see your subscription in the system so you should be all set.

If you cannot sign in, you have probably forgotten your password and it needs to be reset. Send me a private email and we can take care of that.
