APP Becoming Part of IRVA

We are happy to announce the absorption of APP into IRVA. FYI, a few paragraphs of a letter for "Assignment of Property":

ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY

FROM

MARTY ROSENBLATT AND JANE B. ROSENBBLATT

to

INTERNATIONAL REMOTE VIEWING ASSOCIATION

THIS ASSIGNMENT, effective as of September 12, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), is made

and entered into by and between Marty Rosentblatt and Jane B. Rosenblatt, husband and wife

(“Assignors”), and International Remote Viewing Association, a Nevada nonprofit corporation,

(“Assignee”), with reference to the following facts:

WHEREAS, Assignors desire to assign, transfer and gift all of their rights to YouTube

channels, videos, and all other media regarding Applied Precognition Project LLC, precognition

and related subjects, and any and all intellectual property and data owned by Assignors that was

used by either of them in the operation of Applied Precognition Project, LLC (the “Assigned

Property”), to Assignee as forth herein; and

WHEREAS, Assignee is a Nevada nonprofit corporation and is tax-exempt under Section

501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and has the authority to accept the Assigned Property as a gift.

I initiated discussions with my staff after I discovered I had prostate cancer and no longer felt capable of being effective president of APP. These discussions lead to Debra Katz (President of IRVA) being involved and she made the excellent suggestion that we become part of  IRVA.

My intention is to remain involved with APP and IRVA with particular focus on Precognition,, Consciousness is FUNdamental, and eGARV.

No Displacement with eGARV eGARV never has displacement since no human ever sees both possible Targets. Computer logic does that. www.youtube.com
