I, Amar Singh jointly with my wife Sneh Lata Singh have paid Rs. 750000/- to Apni Sehkari Awas Samiti Ltd., E-275. Sector-22, Noida-201301 in two installment ie Rs. 500000/- on 27-09-2011 and Rs. 250000/- on 31-12-2011 for booking a 1610 sq.feet (3 BHK + Servant) flat in Solaris Apartments in Plot-6, Sector -75, Noida

I have received Rs. 308890/- on 11-05-2015 and Rs. 140000/- on 28-06-2018 through NEFT Transfer.

Balance amount of Rs. 301110/- and interest from 27-09-2011 is due.

What to do now as I am not getting any response from Society president Mr R.K. Gupta.

Police case .. they r fraud.. looted many people money .. they are thrown away from their job and their pension must stopped by PSU.. then immediately they will pay u our amount
