ANZ Fedora meeting at eResearch Australasia?

Hi everyone,

The doodle poll appears to be a fizzer.  Are we interested in holding a meeting at eResearch Australasia?  I'm going to contact the organisers and ask for a room - aiming for 14th October. 

Please reply if you are interested and if there is a better day than Friday 14th.  I'm on leave from 28th Sept to 6th October, so would like to organise a room in the next two days.

The Hydra workshop is a full day one and I assume, most of the Fedora folks will be there.

Hi Susan

I will be attending the Friday Hydra workshop only so agree with Vladimir that a Friday lunch time catch up best suits.

I have separately set up a Friday lunch time meeting with Anne Stevenson who is involved in the management of the CSIRO Research Publications Repository (see https://publications.csiro.au/rpr/pub?list=SEA&pid=csiro:EP1310465&sb=RECENT&expert=false&n=1&rpp=25&page=1&tr=1&q=RPR&dr=all) It would make sense to combine my meeting with yours.

Vladimir you may be interested in looking at our NRM repository at http://nrmonline.nrm.gov.au/about which I believe is the only Blacklight, Hydra, Fedora build in Australia.

Sorry all. I won’t be able to make the Fedora user group meeting. I think doing it on Friday along with the training is a good idea though.
