Hi all. The results of the Doodle poll are:

Thurs 22 Oct 4:30-6:30pm (overlaps afternoon tea)

Since this was the only option that everyone chose, then I declare that this is the meeting time.

Thanks everyone and if you can put this in your diary for the conference, that would be great.

I will be flying home that night, so I’ll stay at the meeting until I have to leave for the airport (actually – everyone except me accepted 5-7pm, so if you go late, you can continue without me).

If we can all gather around the afternoon tea area (afternoon tea starts at 4.20pm) then we can pick a place to meet.

The conference venue (the convention centre) is huge, so there will be plenty of room to find a spot.

Hi all.

As noted earlier, many of us are attending the eResearch Australasia conference in October in Brisbane, so it would be a good time to have a 1-2 hour informal meeting of the ANZ Fedora Users Group.

I have created a Doodle poll with 12 options in it, centred around various breaks (or partial breaks) in the conference.

In light of the changes to the main program announced yesterday (earlier end of closing remarks - at 15:45), should we move the get together to 4:00 PM, rather than 4:20?

This would enable Simon and others who may be leaving on Thursday to stay a bit longer.

To all - just confirming that we changed the time to slightly earlier (after the conference times were changed slightly).
