Rust target

Why isn't there more interest in making a rust target a standard part of Antlr? Konstantin has a rust library, and made a rust target in a copy of antlr, but that seemed to have gotten stale. 

Is there a rust target in antlr and I'm not finding it?

I am not aware of a rust target and certainly there is no official one. There is a great deal of excitement around rust, but it is still not widely used enough to warrant a target. (By this logic, my decision to incorporate dart was questionable haha.)  Definitely having to support 10 languages and three different operating systems is a nightmare... Adding another target must be done very carefully.  I can see maybe a C target (for nostalgia reasons and I prefer it over C++ because the language fits in my brain unlike C++).

We have Rust topic on the ANTLR GitHub repository: https://github.com/antlr/antlr4/issues/1839 It would be better to discuss Rust there.
