Hi Christine,
You don't have to organise your
documents in a hierarchy to do this (although you can), but you do
need to use distinct heading styles, for example Heading 1 for
chapter headings, Heading 2 for the subsection, etc. Then you can
use Format | Book | Build Table of Contents to get Jutoh to look
for headings in your book and create paragraphs in a TOC document
formatted with suitably indented styles, i.e. TOC Entry 1, TOC
Entry 2, etc.
If you use the default heading styles,
then you won't need to edit the way Jutoh searches for headings.
If you search in the Jutoh toolbar for table of contents, or look
in the relevant chapter in the Jutoh book, you'll find more
information.
