Migrating Enterprise License from One Server to Another

I am facing difficulty with moving my license from one server to another. I have the license key and new server fully configured and login to iold server disabled. When I enter the original license key, I see a message Invalid license - Your License is Granted to Another Server, please try again in 12 minutes. Have been through this several time. Have sent email via support. License is enterprise license. Urgent, please reply asap. Thanks.
