Instance Filters in Tower while adding Vmware Source

Hi

I have created a Vmware VCenter Source and able to get information of all the hosts.

I need to filter the hosts using "instance filters". Please find the attachment for details.

Please let me know if anyone has used and able to filter hosts using the "Instance filters".
