Ansible hangs

While running my ansible playbook on 350 hosts, the ansible process hangs in between & shows a couple of defunct processes. Is there any way out i can resolve this,Please suggest

i m using below version :-

ansible-playbook --version

ansible-playbook 2.0.1.0

+++++++++++++++++++++++++

rpm -qa | grep -i ansible

ansible-1.9.4-1.el6.noarch

If this is on the same machine, it seams that you have mixed different
versions of Ansible. Ansible 1.9.4 from a repository and Ansible 2.0.1.0
from another source like pip?

That would give you a lot of problem.
