ansible elasticache change : false is missing

Hi,

I'm facing a issue in which if i try to re-run playbook for elaticache, the playbook tends to fail.

This can be due to change status missing and thereby failing any new cache updated in the file.

Error:

msg: 'test1234' requires destructive modification. 'hard_modify' must be set to true to proceed.

Where test1234 is cacheclustername.

Can somebody update elasticache.py ?
