Ansible and BMC Remedy

I use BMC Remedy for ITSM, but would like to see about the possibility of integrating Ansible in Remedy to automate configuration. I had read this article which mentioned this has been done (as well as integration with HEAT - which I also use), but can't find any other resources on the topic. Is there anyone out there who has tried this?
