Non-Administrator Accounts - WinRM

Hello All

We are trying to run certain playbooks against Windows servers and it works all fine. But every time we end up asking the DC team for the service account to be added to Local admin group which i think it is not the right method. We tried to follow the below but they do not work always for example when we try to perform bot actions like fetch service details

Has anyone found an alternative to this. Any suggestions.
