Ansible Tower connection error with Node

Hello Team,
I installed Ansible Tower in my VM and have a public IP. And also have disable and stop all the firewalls in the CentOS. I changed the apache port from default to 1010 as my necessity.
After did the above step, I am not able to connect to the Node from Ansible tower and in the live events of the Ansible tower console, It shows connection not established. I got the error and I mentioned the screen shot of my error in the below attachment. please follow this and give a proper solution.
