Server build post tasks with ansible

Hi Experts,

We are planning to automate server commissioning posts tasks through ansible.Is there way the ansible playbook can be triggered as soon as the OS provisioned?

The requirement for both azure cloud and on-premises VM provisioning.

We are building servers manually through azure portal post build would like to have ansible playbook execute automatically? Is that possible?
