Please share the playbook that is causing this error, and also the group_vars you are using.

You might need to change some of the timeouts - try something like the following.

ansible_winrm_operation_timeout_sec=60
ansible_winrm_read_timeout_sec=70

Is the server busy when this happens?  Can you monitor cpu disk and network activity when this occurs?
