TLS setting for Ansible -WinRM Communications

Hello

I getting below error while connecting to Windows 2012 servers through Ansible.

credssp: ('Connection aborted.'; ConnectionResetError(104; 'Connection reset by peer'))

What should be the correct TLS or SSL setting configuration ?
