Ansible Configuration property - executable and quoting

Hello,
I would like to ask if there is a why to set "executable=" configuration property to nothing as I don't want to spawn another shell for the sudo elevation. Cause I am not allowed to.
The issue I faced is related to the quotes followed by the executable which makes Ansible not being able to execute any commands.
