Importing module from the Ansible Git Hub

I'm new to Ansible and trying to import the rhn_register.py module from the github (https://github.com/ansible/ansible/tree/b3b598c835ab0973f508662d3f246f2bdb0e85c5/lib/ansible/modules/packaging/os ) 

Looking direction from the techie 

I, Can I copy the file from this git hub and copy into  /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ansible/modules/extras/packaging/os  ? or Do I need to check anything else ?
