GUI Display over SSH on Windows server

Hello! 

Is there any way I can get a GUI to display on a Windows server that has been connected to the ansible control node via SSH? 

In my situation, I am trying to run a batch file on a Windows server that will display a GUI and a running terminal that records outputs to that terminal. These should show on Windows' display. I was able to do this on a Linux server by setting the display env var. I tried the same for the windows server but it still doesn't show. 

Has anyone gotten a GUI to display on a Windows server connected via SSH? 

Open to any suggestions!
