New Ansible releases 2.9.14 and 2.8.16

Hi all- we're happy to announce that the general release of Ansible 2.9.14 and
2.8.16 are now available!


How do you get it?
------------------

$ pip install ansible==2.9.14 --user
or
$ pip install ansible==2.8.16 --user

The tar.gz of the releases can be found here:

What's new in 2.9.14 and 2.8.16

These releases are maintenance releases containing numerous bugfixes. The full

What's the schedule for future maintenance releases?
----------------------------------------------------

The next scheduled ansible 2.8.z and 2.9.z series is 3 weeks from today,
on 26 October 2020.
The GA releases should follow one week after.
