Hi all, really hate having to send this email but we've decided to do an RC4 release due to several bugs (details below). As a result, we're pushing the final release out to next week on the 12th.

The bugs are:
* bugs in the free/linear strategies related task iteration, where some tasks could be skipped if they occured in rescue/always portions of a block.
* bugs in the linear strategy, where in certain situations the next task was not being correctly selected, meaning the playbook would hang until ctrl+c is pressed.
* unicode in some connection plugins was causing a problem.

We'll be releasing RC4 today or tomorrow, depending on when we get that last bug fixed (testing the PR which fixes it now).

Thanks, and sorry for the delay again!

I just want to use the moment to thank all people helping developing Ansible. When taking a step back and thinking about the huge value you guys are creating for everyone for free I can only be very grateful.

Cheers,

Jan
