Hi all, we're happy to announce that RC3 for 2.1.1 is now available for testing.

This release candidate fixes several more bugs since the RC2 release:

* Fix for Azure modules to work with most recent Azure python library (2.0.0rc5)
* Fix for bug related to unreachable hosts and any_errors_fatal in the linear strategy
* Fix for error handling in relation to killed/dead worker processes. If workers are killed
  via SIGKILL or SIGTERM, this will halt execution of the playbook.

How do you get it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The tar.gz of the release can be found here:

SHA256: 0e06a2ce363793dd0eff139425364c57b2ff2279a9fc6d2614aac0fe23f3adf1

You can also test against the git repository as follows:

$ cd ansible
$ git checkout v2.1.1.0-0.3.rc3
$ git submodule update --init

You can then source our testing script:

$ . hacking/env-setup

or you can build your own .tar.gz (output will be dist/ansible-2.1.1.0.tar.gz):

$ make sdist

If you discover any errors, or if you see any regressions from playbooks which work on 1.9.x and prior, please open a Github issue and be sure to mention you're testing against this release candidate.

Thanks!
