Ansible 1.8.2 Released

Hi all,

We have released Ansible 1.8.2, which fixes a few of the outstanding bugs left from the 1.8.0/.1 releases.

* Windows modules should now be packaged correctly.

* A bug regarding wildcard grant strings in the mysql_user module has been fixed.

* Several other bugs regarding the postgresql modules have also been fixed.

This update is available via PyPi and releases.ansible.com now, and packages for distros will be available as soon as possible.
