Getting Error while Installing Oracle 18c XE RPM package

I am getting below error while installing Oracle 18c express edition RPM package. So can someone please help.

Below is the error I am getting.

Hi Praveen,

When a local RPM is passed, yum module tries to retrieve information about name, version, release, and arch from the given RPM. It seems that logic in the module fails to retrieve that for oracle-database-xe-18c-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm. Can you please check if RPM is OK?
