Project sync in pending state

Project sync from Source Control Update is in pending state. Due to which jobs are getting stuck in pending state. 
What can be possible reason behind this and how can we fix this.

Projects running in AWX of type "git" are showing status as " pending ". Wish to know how to resolve this issue?
AWX is running in Kubernetes with version 19.2.2.

Try the dedicated AWX mailing list, you will have better luck there
