Would you have a Prod & Non-Prod Ansible Tower?

I'm curious about what kind of setups are out there for Ansible Tower.

Does anyone have a non-prod Ansible Tower and a prod Ansible Tower?  Would you recommend or advise against it?

I was thinking this might be a good idea in our setup because:

• we have restrictions with network control zones in which non-prod boxes can't talk to prod boxes, and prod boxes can't talk to non-prod.  They also happen to be in different data centers location.
  
• can be used to develop and test playbooks for non-prod environments [DEV, TEST, STAGE] - useful if deployment process and pre-reqs were to change with a new release or integration
