gcp_compute_instance_template metadata

Can't figure out how to supply the properties.metadata key/value data for the gcp_compute_instance_template playbook module using 2.8. Everything seems to be ignored. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm one of the engineers working on the GCP modules.

We just had a PR merged in that should fix that!
