Can't i use prompt module in ansible tower?

In Ansible Tower, I can't take any user input by using module prompt

But the module works fine in the Linux shell.

Are there people who have same problem like me ?

In addition, how do you use the newly added workflow feature? I got the latest version, I got an Enterprise license, but I can not use it.

Ansible won't prompt when not using a tty, like when it is invoked
from another batch system like Tower, cron, etc.
