Pause task taking more

Hi Team,

We have observed that sometimes simple pause tasks take more time.

2023-07-31 02:57:46,826 p=103684 u=test n=ansible | TASK [apache_cassandra : Pause for 2 minutes for the cluster to form (test)] ***
