Ansible Galaxy (galaxy.ansible.com) no longer "beta"

Previously I had heard from someone who didn't want to use our Galaxy site because of the "beta" sticker and thoughts APIs would change.

This is not the case, of course -- APIs have been stable since inception, though we have added features in release - and more upgrades are likely in the future.

We've just rectified this concern by removing the "beta" sticker - Galaxy isn't going anywhere.
