Need help with privilege escalation

Basically I have application ID and this has some restriction's for direct login access and I have changed the shell from Nologon to eksh, the playbooks are not accepting become: yes

I can only run_root if I change to sudo /usr/localcw/bin/eksh.

Can some one help me to solve this problem
